Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days via Royal Mail.

All goods will require a signature upon receipt. If you are out at the time of delivery, your parcel may be left at your local Royal Mail depot, and a card left advising you of this. Please be aware that parcels are usually held for 14 days by Royal Mail, after which time they will be returned to us. Should a parcel be unclaimed and subsequently returned to Boutique Baby, we will only re-deliver the goods on receipt of an additional p&p charge.

Should a parcel not arrive please contact us with all relevant information and we will try to help. However Boutique Baby cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen or unclaimed parcels once they are dispatched.

All product prices are exclusive of delivery. Please note that delivery charges are non refundable.

UK mainland only
Boutique Baby offers two delivery options within the UK:

* Standard Royal Mail – £3.95 (free for orders over £35)
UK orders sent out by Royal Mail usually take 1-3 working days to arrive, but please note that this is not a guaranteed service.

* Next Working Day Signed For Delivery – £9.95 (ordered by 2.00pm)
Weekday Next Day orders placed before 2.00 pm will be delivered the next working day. Next Day orders placed after 2.00pm, or at weekends/public holidays, will be dispatched the next working day, for delivery the following day. You will receive a tracking reference so you can track your delivery on-line. We send by Royal Mail Special Delivery.

International & Overseas Signed For Service – £12.99 – £16.99
Orders to Ireland, Europe and overseas will be sent by the Royal Mail International Signed For or Airsure service (depending on weight and destination), both services require a signature on delivery. Depending on destination, this takes between 3-14 working days. Our international service is restricted to boxes of up to 2kgs – we will make up your order and if it exceeds the weight band, we will contact you to amend the contents or make alternative mailing arrangements.

Packaging
Should you choose not to purchase our Gift Bags or Boxes, items will be sent in the usual Mail Order fashion; simply packed in a bio-degradable postal bag, padded envelope or box, depending on the item/s (fragile items will benefit from additional protection with the use of appropriate padding). This option is ideal if you would like to wrap the items yourself, or if you are shopping for yourself.


In a bid to be environmentally friendly, where possible, we aim to use bio-degradable and recyclable packaging; from our postal bags and acid-free tissue paper to our gift boxes and cardboard. So we are not wasteful, where possible, our outer postal boxes and bags may be previously used ones which we are recycling (with the exception of gifts being sent direct to the recipient, where it will be crisp and new!).

Incorrect Delivery Address
If you provide us with a wrong delivery address and your goods are delivered to another party, Boutique Baby cannot be held responsible for any loss incurred as a result.

Returns and Refunds
7 Day Satisfaction Policy:

On receiving products, if any items do not meet your expectations or if you are at all unhappy with them (for whatever reason) please return them in their original packaging within 7 days for a refund or exchange. We regret that postage, packaging and gift wrapping are direct costs and will not be refunded unless the goods are faulty.
We will require a copy of your proof of purchase. Where carriage charges are not paid, the cost will be recovered from the refund along with a £3.75 admin fee.

Within this policy we advise the customer to send back the products, providing they meet the following conditions:

* Brand new
* Unused & resalable condition
* In original undamaged packaging

All returned goods should be returned using Registered Post for your own protection. Any refunds will be issued once we have received the goods, in their original condition. This refund only includes the total of goods sent, not the delivery charge.

We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen parcels – please obtain suitable proof of posting when returning goods.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if goods are not in an acceptable condition; items not securely packaged or boxed will under no circumstances be accepted.

Faulty Items
Within 7 days:
Once you receive your item, in the unlikely event that you happen to discover a fault, please let us know straight away. All faults must be reported within 7 days of receipt of goods. On receiving the item back, you will have an option of a Full Refund or an Exchange.

After 7 days:
If faults are reported after 7 days of delivery we will ask you to send the items back to us at your own cost in order to be eligible for an exchange or refund.

FOR THIS REASON WE ASK ALL CUSTOMERS TO INSPECT ALL ITEMS WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIVING THEM!!

We will always work with you to ensure the issue is resolved smoothly, efficiently and as soon as possible!

These terms & conditions are in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer which remain unaffected.
